uggghhh regret eating those two slices of pizza. NOT because they were pizza (it was a rather healthy kind), but rather because they made me crave salty and garlicy breadsticks! my downfall! lol.
This was my weight loss after only 4 weeks of healthy eating and and exercise.

i know it was probably water weight but it’s still a loss!
